My photography began with a telescope. Astronomical observation is the act of re-examining a sky we believe we already see — at a different scale, with a different precision. My work is an extension of that practice.写真のはじまりは、望遠鏡だった。天体観測とは、肉眼で「見えている」はずの空を、別のスケールと精度で見直す行為である。私の写真は、その延長線上にある。

My subjects range from starry skies and kimono to architecture, macro life, and fleeting moments in the city. Yet the practice is singular: to re-observe the familiar as a structure no one has yet seen. Genres, for me, are not territories but testing grounds for this method.被写体は星空から和装、建築、マクロ、街の一瞬まで横断するが、実践していることは一つだ——見慣れた被写体を、まだ誰も見ていない構造として観測し直すこと。ジャンルは領域ではなく、この方法を検証するための実験場である。

What interests me is not the spectacular vista or the miraculous instant, but the threshold where an ordinary, universal subject transforms into fine art through perspective and precision.関心の中心は、絶景や奇跡の一瞬ではない。ありふれた普遍的な被写体が、視点と精度によってファインアートへと転位する、その境界にある。

Pause. Unsee. Look again. I hope my work becomes a quiet invitation to do exactly that.立ち止まり、見慣れた見方をほどき、もう一度見る。私の作品が、その静かなきっかけになることを願っている。
